RevIO

Overview

The RevIO integration connects Bumblebee to RevIO's billing and revenue management platform. MSPs can use it to pull billing contacts and related data directly into workflows, enabling automated billing operations and customer management without leaving Bumblebee.

Prerequisites & Setup

Before configuring RevIO, you need:

• A RevIO account with API access enabled
• Your API Key from the RevIO developer portal

Refer to the RevIO Developer Portal for details on obtaining your API key.

Configure in Bumblebee

1. Go to the Integrations page in Bumblebee
2. Select RevIO
3. Enter your credentials:
   • API Key — your RevIO API key
4. Click Test Connection
5. Save the configuration
